HEALTH INSURANCE: This insurance company automated member eligibility calls (25% of total call volume) to a self-service portal. eONE Conversational IVR Self-Service application handles on average 17,000 eligibility calls a month and a cost savings that exceeded expectations.
TRANSPORTATION INDUSTRY: This municipality has chosen to deploy CI’s Transportation suite of solutions. If you are looking to provide Paratransit assistance, Fixed Bus Route Transportation or other related services (like self-service pay-by-phone or managing your bus pass account) CI’s applications will work for you via language assistance (GLA), self-service customer access and conversational engagement via live or virtual agents.
GLOBAL LANGUAGE ASSIST: This brick and mortar retail shop enjoys a multi-lingual customer base and wanted to be sure that nobody ever felt misunderstood or dismissed in any way. With Global Language Assist CI has provided the to tools to help this company put their best foot forward.

GLOBAL RETAIL: This globally recognized manufacturing and retail company employed CI’s eONE Conversational IVR and the Absence Reporting application that provides an employee self-service entry point. Available to all employees, the new solution is housed in CI’s cloud and provides SMS text message follow-up for the employee and appropriate management so all can be assured the absence was reported successfully.

CLOUD COMMUNICATION PROVIDER – This cloud communications provider is using eONE’s Virtual Concierge Attendant to deliver a tenant specific Auto Attendant to their Customers / Subscribers. The Virtual Attendant handles incoming callers and offers them the ability to ask for a person, department or other unique identifiers as provided by the company database.

STATE AND LOCAL GOVERNMENT This county chose CI to help them with a centralized self-service information point for all things relating to election information. The application is built to handle questions like, “am I registered” where is my polling location” or “how do I get an absentee ballot” without needing to speak with a country employee
