Chris Herring, an accomplished leader and entrepreneur, has a rich background in the development of companies whose success is built and dependent upon strong relationships and customer satisfaction. In 1979 Chris, along with his brother, started Computer Instruments (CI) with the goal of developing software applications for the wholesale and retail distribution markets. The first offering 'Telemerchant' provided business functionality from Order Entry to Payroll. After a successful run with 500+ installations, Chris then took CI to certify its IVR platform at Bell Labs. Chris and the CI team developed customer self-service applications for AT&T/Lucent which lead to a successful 250+ installations and later developed and introduced first Microsoft IVR, e-IVR to the Avaya business channel market with over 1000+ installations. This platform/solution became the CI's charter product and the foundation for today's portfolio of offerings. Now with more than 35 years of leading edge technology development and multiple platform support Chris and the extraordinary team at CI has successfully taken CI to the global stage.

Toni Herring is responsible for CI's Sales and Total Care Maintenance Program. Toni's past experiences include increasing branch sales 200%, assisting in company start up's, acting as financial and operational manager and the creation of sales and financial report structures.

As the Director of the CI's Total Care Maintenance Plan Toni also provided sales support for Tier 2 partners and to the CI Sales team as it relates to crafting the right support plan for the customer.

Toni comes to CI with experience gained from working in the high stress environment of law enforcement as Administrative Assistant at the Miami County Sheriff's Office and later as the Office manager / Inside Sales Executive for Crane America Services.

Allen has more than 35 years of progressive leadership experience producing results for businesses and clients across diverse industries. From partnership with an entrepreneurial multi-state home services business thru Non-Regulated Service Administrator for a Fortune 500 Utility company to his current role as VP of Operations, Allen has been a tactical leader with a broad foundation of experience leading nearly every functional area of the business. Allen has had the pleasure of being partnered with giving and gifted individuals. Allen grew up taking things apart and fixing them spending most of his career finding ways to improve business systems through process or training refinement. Business stability is founded on good processes and excellent staff. Business growth is rooted in excellent customer service providing quality products and services.

Cale Herring is responsible for overseeing and directly managing software and service implementations for CI. Cale came to CI a recent college graduate as a Marketing Coordinator with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Kansas. After growing his telephony, CTI and IVR software experience and becoming Director of Marketing, Cale transitioned to the implementation side of the business. Project management continues to prove a natural and exciting approach for Cale to engage the always-changing landscape of the CTI solutions market. Working alongside world-class telephony manufacturers, top of their industry distributors and value added resellers, Cale has deployed leading edge software solutions and services consistently on time and on budget. Regardless of how technical or complex an implementation, Cale and his team of seasoned professionals have the expertise and confidence to produce satisfied customers

Jason Springer has been with CI for 11 years and during that time has had several roles including Inside Sales, Marketing, Director of Business Development, National Account Manager and Director of Sales. Jason has a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Kansas State University. He began his career with Gateway Computers in Small Business and Enterprise, before moving to CI. Jason's current position is the National Account Manager for Carousel Industries and Vox Communications, serving as their primary point of contact. Jason's roles include responding to RFP, producing Scope of Work and pricing proposals, and sales presentations.

Reid has been involved with the telecom industry and with CI for the past 20 years. Reid has taken on several roles within CI over the years, including website development and maintenance, sales engineering, IVR system configuration, product demonstration and end user support. Reid's prior experience includes electro-mechanical design and computer aided drafting with the engineering firm of Black & Veatch. While working as a design draftsman with B&V, Reid also took on the role of educator during the company's transition from mainframe to personal computer based CAD. In this role, Reid conducting all AutoCAD training for B&V personnel and customers of the firm. After leaving B&V, Reid continued in the education field by joining ITT Technical Institute as an instructor and later with the area Community College in a similar role.
