Screen Pop Premium includes "pass-through" CTI integration enabling Desktop Screen Pops from various customer CRM solutions.

SPP captures and transmits collected CTI information such as ANI, DNIS, UCID (if available) to a local CRM Application or to a URL based CRM Solution. This information can then be compared to the customer database to display calling party information as calls arrive. By supplying Agents with this information instantly, customer service is enhanced and call-durations are reduced (with the associated cost savings).
